On 10 December 2015, Ambassador Luo Zhaohui met with former New Brunswick Premier Shawn Graham in Ottawa. They exchanged views on developing exchanges and cooperation between China and New Brunswick. Mr. Graham briefed the ambassador on infrastructure expansion and energy resources projects in New Brunswick. Counsellor (Science & Technology) Mao Zhongying and First Secretary Wang Boyong attended the meeting.
