Yearn for the Tang Dynasty because of its prosperity and charm, a maiden in ancient Rome embarked on a business trip to her dreaming  Chang'An with her father's caravan along the Silk Road. As exotic landscapes and customs greeted the caravan along the Silk Road, they got to the border of ancient Tang. Accidentally, a group of bandits attacked them and the maiden's father died unfortunately. Thanks to the help of a Tang General and his soldiers, the maiden managed to escape, and finally arrived in ancient Chang'An. In Chang'An, this inclusive and open city, the Roman maiden was healed emotionally and grew up. As time went by, she fell in love with the Tang General though they were from different countries and had different cultures.
