The Chinese Visa Application Service Center will start trial service from June 18th to June 21st, 2012, and formally open on June 22nd, 2012. We hereby notify the related matters as follows:

1. Location and business hours

        Office Address: Suite 1450, 220 Laurier Avenue W, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

        Business hours: Monday-Friday

                (except Chinese and Canadian public holidays)

                Application Submission: 9:00AM to 3:00PM

                Payment and Passport Collection:  9:00AM to 4:00PM

                The Center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. No service fee will be charged within the trial service period (June 18-21, 2012).

3. During the trial service, the Chinese Embassy in Canada will continue to accept visa applications.

4. On June 22nd, 2012, with the formal opening of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center, the Chinese Embassy in Canada will continue accepting visa applications submitted by the ordinary passport holders on an online appointment basis only.
